The family of Richard Dyer would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our wonder neighbors and family for heartfelt thanks. the out pouring of well wishes, food, cards and prayers were overwhelming.

We have many special people to thank and will do this individually as time goes on. We would like to start at the very beginning with Cindy and Bruce Riddle and our parents Roy and Sue Jackson. They made many phone calls to get everything started for the funeral. To our cousin Mark Dyer who did a wonderful job singing Casco Bay. Reverend Katherine Russo provided us with a wonderful celebration of life and prayers at the Chebeague Island Cemetery. a special thanks to the Chebeague Island Transportation Company and Parking. It was a lovely sunny day for our father's last boat ride home. Thank you for Virginia and the bus rides back and forth to the church. Doug Ross, what can I say? But thank you for taking Dad on his last leg of his journey. Your red pick-up truck with our father will always be embedded in our thoughts. He would have gotten quite a chuckle out of this.

To the Chebeague Island Rescue unit who supplied dad with many trips to the hospital over the last few years. It was very much appreciated knowing that he was in very good hands. This extra thank you goes to Rod Smith and Laurie Rich. They went beyond their call of duty by calling me to tell me that Dad was on his way to Portland. If anyone would like to make a donation to the Chebeague Island Rescue, please do.

Last but not least to the Chebeague Inn. Jerry and Dick opened up their lovely Inn for a lovely reception for DAd and all his guests that came to celebrate his life. Thank you for supplying all the wonderful food and drinks. The tent was very much appreciated to get out of the hot sun. The staff were exceptional and special because they knew Dad personally.

One more, last but not least. To all the wonderful ladies and gentlemen of Chebeague with all of their yummie treats!

Fondly,

Terry and Cindy
